New England ABA, a Stepping Stones Group Company, is urgently hiring Part-Time ABA Behavior Technicians for immediate hire in Weymouth, MA, and the surrounding areas. Pay:
$21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Job Duties
  • Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
  • Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
  • Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
  • 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability during after-school hours from 3:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, as well as on weekends and holidays
  • Childcare experience required
